Please contact Lathrop Property Management Company at (207) 772-1131 for a listing of apartments that are currently available or will become available within the next six months, and to schedule a showing. Most apartment showings require a 24-hour advance notice to the current resident, so please call ahead.

Rental Application
If you are interested in renting an apartment, we ask that you fill out an application and provide one month's rent to hold the apartment.
